In an age where everyone communicates by cell or tele, it's nice to sit down and look into someone's eyes as you ask the important questions on present and future financial planning for self and family. The CS staff and branch director are very knowledgeable, professional and believable. As our markets continue to offer lower rates NFCU has the best rates, strongest financial base and more locations worldwide than any other CU! (and you can take that to the bank) I wish I could give them 7 stars

Great Credit union with good customer service. They also have great financing rates and have recently opened a new branch near me. Will be a customer for life.

This has got to be the dumbest group of people I've ever met. I tried opening a new account and switching from USAA. After giving 3 forms of identification the lady told me she couldn't open the account that day. Code for "I want to go home". The next day I get a call stating it takes 5 days to verify identity. Not friendly, horrible hours, I won't be back.

Horrible bank. Open an account few days later make a deposit to have my car fixed which is stuck on the side if the road. Teller ensured me funds would be available that day, otherwise would have made deposit in my other bank. Turns out funds wont be available for another week. Will be closing my accounts through them asap
