Just as good or better than the navy federal credit union

Never answer the phone when called. Never ordered my checks. Actually went in and spoke face to face and the order was never placed. Continuously a disappointment. Even had a staff member argue with me about taking money out of my account. She said the amount I asked for wasn't available even though I had gotten paid the day before and the money was clearly there. After a brief argument she apologized and gave me my money. Too many times I've experienced problems with this company and its ridiculous.
