Everything started off great! but as we progressed, things got more difficult. You get passed off to different depts who asked for some of same docs you already sent? $ is added on to come out of pocket which was not disclosed in the very beginning.They tell you "feel free to contact me if you have any questions" I called 3 different occasions to inquire about different things only to be told " I do not handle that you need to contact a different dept".... so the run around begins... Nothing has been paid by disbursement date. No return calls (2 days waiting). From "other dept" I was passed too... Overall salesman is great- great pitch! congrats! you lured me in. Customer service / underwriters has been horrible. very disappointed. very bad communication, no help once that person is done with you...Feels like quantity rather than quality..

Bobby and Patrick were excellent! They guided me through the process each and every step of the way. Any questions I had they replied quickly. I even walked away with a lower rate then what I started with. Very happy with their services.

RP Funding made the entire process easy and did so very professionally. Our loan officer Melvin Kelley answered all of our questions and put up with my constant calls to explain things always with kindness and understanding. The mortgage business always reminded me of the car sales industry but RP Funding is truly different. They do what they say and there were no surprises, outside of the truly great job they did for us of course!. I will ONLY use RP Funding if we decide to purchase another home sometime in the future and will recommend them to everyone seeking a mortgage!

My experience with RP Funding was nothing but the best. From start to finish, it was TWO WEEKS! They even sent a notary to my house for closing. The paperwork was simple. My bank asked why I didn't refinance with them and when I told them about my experience, she said there would be no way they could do what RP Funding did. Thank you RP Funding! I just wanted to take a quick moment give 5 stars to RP funding. From start to finish the process was seamless and unbelievably simple. At one point the process was moving along so fast and smooth that I started questioning if this was a scam. Never the less it wasn't, that's just what great quality service feels like. Not only were we able to close on my refinance in less than 45 days, but they were able to lock me into an APR that is better than most people with over an 800 credit score. Their $0 closing cost promise is as real as it gets. I would 110% use RP funding again in the future and would recommend them to all of you reading this review. Sincerely a very happy customer.
