Went there to close an account but at the advice of the banker decided to just take most of my money out and leave some in there as a just in case my USAA card doesn't work. I asked multiple times if I would accidentally incur any fees. I asked if there would be any banking fees since I don't use them as my primary bank anymore. I was told I would be fine. Next month rolls around and I see a 12$ fee, I called to see if I can get the money back since they told me this wouldn't happen. I was told by the manager that "we can't refund the money". All the manager could do was change my account so it wouldn't happen again. ( something I could have done a month earlier). I decided to stop useing wells fargo after this. The bank is an hour away from me and I was lucky to finnally be able to close the account over the phone. No way going to waist more gas and time to just close an account.

These people are awesome! They are the friendliest people and will bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable, and find solutions to a problem. Better than that, they remember your name when you come back in! They take a big bank and make you feel like you are in a home town bank.
