Very accommodating and friendly. Had no questions because all my questions were answered at the first.

Wonderful local staff & friendly service. I only have one complaint. As many companies boast about going "paperless", (as it helps the environment), It has a major downfall when it comes to record keeping. While it substantially lowers paper, ink, and postage costs for any business, it posses add costs to the customer. If any statements are needed for proof of income, audit, or court purposes, you'll be facing a $25 per record year "research" fee. My advice is keep mailed, paper copies for your filing cabinet.

I left this bank for several reason. I had several accounts with them. We are a business. Tried to change billing address on all accounts with no success. Attempted at a minimum four times. Tried to set up cross account over draft protection. They stated it was in effect but it never functioned. They would clear checks Midnight without showing pending transactions. Our fault that we constantly balanced money across accounts but their fault that they arbitrarily showed pending checks. This is a fee based bank evidently.
