The tellers were very friendly and helpful... I waited for over 40 minutes for the personal banker, who never even acknowledged me, for assistance. I was tired of waiting and left never being helped

By far one of the worst banks. Very inconvenient for a place that's supposed to be americas most convenient. Staff are lazy and leave customers waiting for over a hour. Very poor service and hate this bank
