Stay away from BB&T. They will become like the sh1t stuck to the bottom of your shoe but completely unorganized. Many many many phone calls later they still can't get the insurance information on my loan right. Because of their lack of organization they try to force you to buy overpriced insurance. I can't even begin to explain how much I wish they were not the ones to service my loan.
