But far worst bank ever and not people friendly! Made it right at 6pm begging them to please take care of me and they refused service. Closed my account and will no longer bank with them or recommend them.

Two faced Jodi Weeks (the current manager who used to work at another branch in Cape Coral and should have been terminated for unethical sales practices but miraculously transferred to Lehigh and kept her job) places holds on cash and makes her own policies on when funds are available. Branch lacks customer service and knowledgeable employees. In addition, the manager engages in questionable hiring practices. JODI YOU ARE RIDICULOUS. SHAME ON YOU!

Not enough employees in special services. Waited over an hour to get something faxed. Ridiculous!! Although the employees were very courteous and apologetic for the wait.
