Phillips Toyota in Leesburg, FL

I can't express how happy I was with Toyota! This was the very first time I was on the buying end of a brand new car, although I had recently sat in with my Dad, who purchased a car from another dealership. I can honestly say the two experiences were night and day, and Toyota hands down won my business. From the sales man Tracy Zimmerman to the business manager Thomas Pardo, who were both very friendly, honest and went above and beyond the call of duty. From making sure we were all comfortable, and happy (including the two children) I had with me as this was a last minute decision, and a Saturday. To doing everything they could to get my payments and interest rate down to something I could afford. No surprise fees and I was even excited to learn of all their warranties for several years. The whole atmosphere was very friendly, and welcoming. Not chaotic, or full of tension as I have seen at other dealerships. They all work together. Outstanding. We were not overpowered with salespeople when we first entered the sales lot. Our salesperson Ashley was the perfect salesperson for us. He managed to complete the sale while listening to our wishes. Felt completely at ease with the transaction from Ashley to Jim in finance. Actually enjoyed the entire transaction and now have a great newer car.

Dealership offered the best price, $1100 under the True Car price from the True Car dealers. I had the price when I went into Phillips Toyota. There were no surprises, the only additional charges were sales tax and the $799 dealer fee which I was already aware of. The sales staff was very courteous and explained everything very well. They told me the additional items I could add, but there was no pressure to purchase. It was completely my decision. Get there internet price via e-mail before you go to the dealer, it will be lower than even the True Car price and you will be pleasantly surprised how everything they send you via e-mail is honored when you go to the dealership.

I called yesterday, just looking around for options on a new car. Tracy Zimmerman assisted me and got me into a new car TODAY! He worked super fast and got me everything I was looking for. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. My last car shopping experience left me super intimidated to ever go back to a dealership, but Tracy was Awesome and a pleasure to work with!! Thank you so much! I'm very pleased with my new purchase! :)

I helped my daughter purchase a car in early march. We got there late in the day around 5:30 and no one greeted us for about 10 minutes. Then the salesman who Assisted us was very helpful. However, the finance manager Tim tricked me! He offered me a finance option though Toyota but the interest rate was high and I declined. He then found another option with Fifth Third bank which we agreed on and signed paperwork. Only later in the month I received a letter from Toyota finance telling me when the payment was due and what the interest rate was. Tim tricked me! I agreed to finance through Fifth Third, not Toyota . I signed the paperwork, trusting that he had filled it out properly. I left several messages yesterday and no one is retuning my call. My recommendation is to stay away from the finance department! And I don't recommend buy any car from that dealership!
