Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg in Leesburg, FL

I have been dealing with Jenkins Hyundai since 2011 and i never had a bad experience with the purchasing a new car or bringing it for service. Salesman and service techs always treated me with respect and i've always been satisfied with the experience.

My air conditioning compressor quit at only 2000 miles out of warranty. The service adviser, Mr. Byrd, contacted Hyundai USA, requesting a "good will" repair. Within the same day Mr. Byrd called me, letting me know that Hyundai approved the repair with no cost to me. I was able to have it repaired the very next day. You can't ask for any better service than that!

Bait and switch prices listed on Car Gurus. When contacted by Bobbi at Internet Sales to purchase a Sonata listed on Car Gurus, she said price is listed wrong by Car Gurus. That the price is 23,000 not 17,388 as listed on site. They must have applied all possible rebates to get that price. I would have to come in to speak to the Manager about it. Called Car Guru customer service, it's the Dealerships responsibility to ensure accurate pricing of the listings. Duh.....ya think!

Courteous immediate reception, hospitable wait time as always. Luke is the best service writer I have ever dealt with anywhere. Tom has a great service department.

Amazing service. Allen was very polite. Gave us a rundown of what we needed, priced it out, and suggested what we should do now and what we could hold off on. He even took us to service area and physically showed us what was happening. The waiting room was great too. They had complimentary donuts, cookies, hot dogs, popcorn, soda and water, coffee, and cappuccino. Way more than what they have in the Philadelphia area. Awesome dealership and polite staff!
