If i could do minus stars i would. 6 months of running back and forth with paperwork. They always needed something else after i gave them everything they asked for within the first week. They waited until 6 months into it to order the survey and appraisal. Which ended our contract because something they found in the survey didnt meet fha guidelines. I was out money not to mention 6 months of hell. They never are available when you call. Worse place ever!!!

Amazing!!! Closed in 3 weeks! Megan thank you for everything! Your truly are amazing! Waited an extra week for a lower rate, got our appraisal back at closing! I mean wow!
