I had a very positive experience on 11.26.16. The staff was very professional. They were more than the typical car sales people, they had a passion for helping and they found all the possible means to ensure that we were satisfied. This experience can be rated +10 for Excellence. If you're in need of a car. Go there. Even without money you may not get a car but you'll leave with the hope of returning. They make you want to go back.

Keku patiently took his time making sure I found a car that fit my budget. He was really awesome. You could tell he cared. He called around and got me the absolute lowest rate on car insurance with no benefit to him what so ever. It saved me a ton of money. Very happy with my experience here

i have a 2013 ford focus that i got from drive time around a year and a half ago. For the last 2 months i have had issues starting the vehicle. 3 weeks ago i had a new battery and an alternator put in. Only a few days later after paying almost $300 for all that, the car would not start. I was miraculously able to get the engine going and brought it to a ford dealership, who then told me that there was no problem with the car. That was on Friday, April 7, 2017. Here I am on Monday, April 10th, and what do you know? the car will not start. So i just had it towed, AGAIN and brought to another ford dealership. That makes it 3 weeks in a row now where my car would not start and hasn't been fixed, nor the problem diagnosed. As of now I absolutely refuse to make another payment on this piece of crap. You crooks can feel free to come and get it out of my life.
