Used to be trustworthy when they were the credit union for local teachers, but now they're just another scammy bank-wanna-be. Fees and hidden charges everywhere. At least a real bank has more offices than their handful of slow-as-mud branches.

Online banking is a disaster, horrible experience. Format has changed to involve MULTIPLE page changes to eventually gather the information that was previously formated concisely on "1" page and easy to scroll through.

No better than a bank, which means no good. Called ahead to ask if they'd do a home equity loan on a house I own 100%. I have good credit and income. They led me to believe it would be no problem so I joined. Then they stopped communicating properly, and then said the loan had been turned down. Wasted my time and money. They're a credit union in name only.
