Wells Fargo Bank in Land O' Lakes, FL

Worst experience ever in a bank hopefully they close this branches very soon I will change banks TODAY!!

What did I expect I mean it's Wells Fargo... Horrible customer service. Bad Bank in general. Just bad.

I can always get in and out of there in a timely fashion, the employees are always polite and helpful. And the parking area/drive thru, I have never had any problems getting in or out of there. There is a Starbucks right next store, so thats a plus for me.

Inexcusably bad service here. The bank teller named Penny needs to be fired or find a different job. She was extremely rude when she had to take a stack of 100$ bills and run it through a counting machine and refused to take the full stack of money. She huffed and puffed and complained out loud through the whole visit. When we were done with her we could hear her complaining about other customers that day out loud with a coworker behind the teller counter. UNACCEPTABLE! DO YOUR JOB! This was my first experience with Wells Fargo and I will NEVER do business with this bank chain again.

Not sure what the other reviewers where going into the bank for, but I have never been treated with anything other than respect and helpfulness by the staff at this bank. I have multiple accounts, and of course they offer to move me/sell me more products, but that is the job of a bank. I give them 5 stars.
