The branch manager Kelly Thomas is absolutely the best banker I have encountered. She understands what customer service is all about; very helpful and knowledgeable.

Worst bank ever! I had to close my account just to get the joint person off that I put on months after I started the account. Then I was told that they were charging me for my age which I don't think you should get charged for and why didn't I get a letter for that. Also I did not want them to call me about my new account, but Erica took it upon herself to bother me at work about a check clearing that was to clear on the 7 day that is really 8 days. This credit union sucks ass and I hope they go out of business in my town. Don't go to this bank unless you want fees and more fees that they won't tell you about.
