Terrible everytime I have been they rip u off with the very low amount they give. the customer service is always bad. Their items they sell are way 2 over priced. Hate it

I think they are ok... Regardless of what most people are describing here. I have bought couple of items from this place at reasonable prices and still stop by here and there looking for bargains. They seem to be busy most of the time, so maybe that's why the customer service is not what some of these snobbish people expect from a pawn shop. And the place is not fancy at all I agree on that. But the ultimate goal is to buy a good item at a good price, right? So, go figure...

This place is awesome. They give me the best price for my items. The most for gold. So knowledgeable. The service is out of this world. They are patient and understanding with all my needs. My favorite part is the 10% down layaway. I tell all my friends to come here. Thank you to my Go-To pawnshop!
