If you receive a bad experience from her then that's because you are not treating her with respect! She will bend over backwards to help you out as much as she can!

This business is unprofessional to put it mildly. The rudeness and arrogance I received from Lisa was strange and uncalled for. I also have to wonder if this company checks the financial and criminal background of the people they hire to help manage money and the finances of others. This place is running a very shady and inappropriate business. This place should always be your last choice for doing any type of business. Save yourself the headache and heartache and avoid this shifty business. they may not have any customers during business hours but this lady stays busy when they are closed apparently.
