I have used Vankeef for 3 refinances and a new home purchase. Patrick and the team have always taken care of me. Most recently, he got me the best rate on my new home, period. I did shop around a bit, if you have good credit that is always wise to do, but when push came to shove Patrick and his team wanted my business and came through. I love their website setup for uploading needed documents, it is really a breeze. I wanted my closing done by a specific date, and the team worked tirelessly to make that happen and came through. I will say their business is very busy at the moment, calls and emails took a little longer to return than my previous refinances, but thats because a lot of houses are being sold right now, and Vankeef is a good lender with a lot of business so overall I can't really knock them for that. Bottom line if you are in the market give them a chance to earn your business, you won't regret it. Professional and hard working team!! 5 stars.
