GREATEST GROUP OF WOMEN WORKING AS A TEAM. MANY OTHER BUSINESSES IN LAKE CITY COULD LEARN A LOT FROM THESE LADIES! ALWAYS CHEERFUL, HELPFUL, KIND, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I USED TO DREAD GOING IN THE BANK. NOW ITS LIKE... I MAY JUST POP IN FOR A SHOT OF HAPPY DURING A BAD DAY PRETENDING I NEEDED SOMETHING, THEN FORGOT!!

Okay I went through the drive-thru to make a transaction with TD Bank. I had to cash a check I asked the teller if she could deposit $250 of my check and give me the rest back in cash... so the teller gave me back the rest of my money I left and went home About an hour later I received a telephone call from HEATHER GREY the manager there... She was very very unprofessional and disrespectful She accuse me of receiving an additional $250 cash... I explained to her exactly what I got back and she did not believe me and tryed to get me to admit that I had received the extra $250 in cash. Later Laura Kirsch called me back and explained that the teller had deposited $250 twice into my account and not given me the extra $250 cash Just wanted to write a review about my experience with heather gray the manager she is very unprofessional... and does not check facts before she accuses customers.
