TD Bank in Kissimmee, FL

It's supposed to be the most convenient bank in America. And there were like 10+ people waiting in the lobby and they got only one customer servers manager to deal with us all.

My debit card was used fraudulent for $2000 in a art gallery in Mass, I lived in Orlando and was at work when I realized it, I called customer service and they cancel my debit card, 2 days later my husbands debit card was block due to a fraudulent transaction also in Mass and he's card was cancel. We both walk into the bank today and spoke with a representative in the bank I was asking him what was going on because this are two different debit cards with different numbers and that we were worried about our savings since they are to buy our new home , they guy never say sorry or show any type of concern all he said is that he has no heard of any issues and that I need to stop assuming there is a problem. Excuse me but that is mines and my husband hard earn money and I have the right to be concern and also an explanation we decided to close the account, he did not attempt to stop us from closing the account and he basically do not care about his customer for over 4 years, do not bank with this people, protect your savings

Never been let down so far and they have helped me out everytime I've been there. Also open full bank on Sundays which is good for us who have 7 day a week lives

I showed up a bit too close to closing. Ms. Nereida took care of me with a smile. She should have sent me away considering I walked in the door at 4:59pm. I had a deadline to meet and she treated me with such great respect. Thank TD you have a great employee.

Went there to deposit some money in my daughter's out of state TD bank account. It was so easy, just like depositing into a local account. I had experience with other banks where you need put the extra code. Place was not crowded at all. Great service.
