Fast and efficient I really like the rear at which they operate. Smaller branch but full service none the less. Parking is often difficult!

They didn't help me after two years being costumer

If I could give 0 stars, I would. HORRIBLE! NEVER EVER GO to this bank, they are incredibly UNQUALIFIED. Those women can just do catwalk for 8 hours and they don't have any idea how to work. I wanted to send money for my 70 years old mom, who really needed help. And one of their workers whose name is Katharine did some HUGE MISTAKE. She made the transfer, but my mom NEVER got the money. And neither did I receive it back. I am talking about $1300, this happened more than 5 months ago, and my money are nowhere to be seen! They don't know what happened, and they don't care at all!!! I asked almost everybody in the bank and the couldn't say anything. Still nowhere is my money and nobody give me back anything! I cannot understand how can this person work with people, especially handle people's money!!! Seriously nobody can take responsibility?

Local at a circle K used my card several times over a six month period. Started first once a month for 15.05. Didnt really catch it considering I go to circle K all the time. The month of Nov and Dec and Jan. they charged my card five times each month for the 15.05 thats when I picked up on. I reported it to my bank. Wells fargo reburnisted me $45. When I called to ask why they didnt refund me for the remaining amount. I was told they were protecting the merchant. Not protecting me there customer. I was told thats all they would refund me for. So if you want a bank who pertects the mechant and not the customer Wells Fargos the bank for you.

They used to be a good financial institution but all of the government regulations have messed them up! We need to get rid of Dodd Frank!
