Very uneducated and very inexperienced loan department ever talked and ever worked with, they denied my loan request even I had a loan with them before, even I paid off without any issues couple months ago . No I don't have bad credit or bad income , I am data analyst at the big insurance broker firm. Their management is awful , they work more personal if they don't like you they don't work with you. They don't care about bank customer relationships or business but their own rude attitude , as soon as possible i will close my account with them. Don't waste your time with this ignorant , illogical and rude team.
