Apparently BOA has decided the longer they can put a hold on checks, the longer they can turn people irate, close their accounts, and have a smaller customer base to deal with. Really? It's the year 2015 and it takes a week to clear a payroll check? I don't think so. The reason I know this whole check holding thing is BS, is because once they put a hold on a check, you go in...scream at the bank manager...and magically the hold is released. Why they enjoy putting people thru that dilemma is beyond my comprehension...oh well, keep on screaming !!!!!! > JERKS

Last 3 times I have been here they have had ONE teller. Each time the line has been at least 10-15 people long and no manager in sight. So glad I don't bank with BoA anymore...horrible service.

inflexible services; from out of town and don't have a local bank, and won't provide services unless you are a member. at least offer your services for a price.
