I live in Duval county. I Lost my bank card. I was in Broward county when I descovered that it was missing. My daughter was in hospice. I was stress out. They charged me $35 got another card. If I want it express it would have been more fees. Then when I received the card the pin didn't work. My daughter was in hospice for 30 days . This card had to be activated when I had returned to Duvall. This need to be resolved. Stupid set up.

Have been with Woodford for over six years this branch is the sole reason i closed my acount and am taking my business else were no one at this branch is competent i have to drive an hour and a half to deposit my check and have been doing so for over a month they are always slow and have problems. They are under trained and are incapable of doing simple transactions my acount has been messed up since I have been forced to start dealing with the clowns at this branch if they can't train the employees at this branch it needs to be closed down or the management need to be fired for not training them properly i have had grate experience with the girls at Clanton Alabama branch and every other branch but i am now forced to deal with the idoits at the branch in Jacksonville Florida at Normandy Blvd. Take your business somewhere else save yourself the hassle of doing business here. Had to rate them one star becase I could not rate zero stars

Nothing but problems since I opened my account. Problems with opening the accounts, being charged for debit cards that were supposedly "discounted" as a courtesy but weren't. Problems getting the debit cards--took almost a month. Never received them in mail, went to branch, they wanted to charge AGAIN. Problems with paperless statements. Was charged every month from BOTH checking AND savings for paper billing even though we got emails proving paperless statements. Tried to close our account for 3 months. Each month it wasn't closed, fees had to be "refunded" so we had to wait. Supposed to close and send a check for the amount refunded. Never happened. Went up there for the FORTH time to close account, we had already turned in our debit cards, and here it is a few days later and the account is STILL open, with no funds inside. They are about to charge again for the paper statements, and the checking fee, and there's no money cuz we CLOSED out account. Or so we thought. Was told they could offer no proof of a closed account other than to call the branch. Ridiculous. Never had this much problem with a bank. Don't waste time nor money because their fees are crazy high, they charge for everything, and the you have nothing but problems from the time you open your account, till you close it. IF you can even get it closed.
