Regions Bank in Jacksonville, FL

there is no poor or fair just poor! horrible horrible service you would think that these ladies work at Taco Bell! I am switching banks and will never step foot into another Regions Bank again all because of this branch! they are nothing but thieves they held a check of mine for $1500 did not deposit and now cannot tell me where its at. when I got upset because they couldn't tell me anything the woman had the nerve to tell me to go sit in the lobby and calm down

Garbage staff even Garbage Facility with trash everywhere

I've been with quite a few banks and I can honestly say this is The WORST BANK EVER!!! I would check my account and it would say $0 and I would think it was a glitch with the app so I'd call and it would still say $0. Not to mention their ATM took my debit card and there was an instance where I tried to get gas, the pump let me get .32 cents of gas, then told me I had insufficient funds!!! All of which knowing I have plenty money in my account!!! A bank that plays with your money is no bank for me!!!! So I switched to Chase and they are AMAZING!!!!
