When i got there i was quite surprised with the wide selection of vehicles they had. As soon as i walked through the door i was welcomed and offered a glass of water, which kind of surprised me more, given the look of the place. The gentleman whom assisted me in the process was a very energetic man named joe, he was a very high spirited man who made me feel all the more welcome. I was almost certain i was going to be turned down but just as they said everyone gets approved, with the right down payment, which was also extremely low given my horrid credit score. After all was said and done i ended up getting a2008 hyundai sonata. It came with power everything, a six disk cd changer, sunroof, minimal interior flaws, and 130000 miles for a fair price again given my credit score. So all in all i was most definitely pleased when all was said and done, I'd recommend anyone who is used to being turned down by other companies you should at least go have a look and who knows you may even walk away with YOUR next car. The salesperson, Joeseph Rawls, was very kind and knowledgeable. He made me fill very comfortable in the purchase of my vehicle. I told him what I needed and what I could afford and he put me in a vehicle that day. If I were to purchase another vehicle he would be my first to go to. A+ for him.

Be careful of this business. Stopped by to look at a vehicle and the salesman did everything possible to discourage me from seeing the inside of the vehicle that day. First, it was to close to closing time. Second, all the keys were locked up inside. Entire tone and treatment from the sales associate Robbie was horrible. Emailed the company through their website and zero response. My first and last impression of this company is they are shady.

Fast,friendly, and respectful service. Valid license, stable income, and a reasonable down payment is all you need to ride away... and most of all they really keep their word when they say they'll work with you. I am loving everything about Credit Solution Auto Sales. THANKS YOU GUYS!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this company and I was told that I had a 90 day warranty. When I started having issues with the vehicle I called Eric the mechanic and he had every reason not to look at my car. When I talked to the finance company about it they told me that they had nothing to do with the sales division. Eric also changed my 90 day warranty into a 3,000 mile or 90 day warranty (whichever comes first) I purchased it on June 2, 2016 by the beginning of August my battery started going dead. By the end of August my battery was leaking battery acid. I called about that and Eric told me to take it to Walmart to get it fixed. After I fixed that not even 24 hours later my power steering went out and the car went dead again. I would not recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from here. They will give you the run around when it comes to fixing the vehicle but the finance company will not enforce it but they will call you for your payment.
