Bank of America Financial Center in Jacksonville, FL

I have a business account in Bank Of America already 2 years , everything is find , they take care very well . I need to change the cash all the time , they always prepare for all the business owner , so convenient ! Appreciated !

The service was great! I just moved to this area and had to change to local bank. I came to open a new business account and Jasmine did a great job explaining everything and helping me! The second time i had to come in to the branch to resolve some questions i had on my account, due to my work I arrived 5 minutes right before the bank were closing, and she (Jasmine) didn't care about the time and helped me, (i left the branch 45 minutes after it was closed). Plus i had my loud kids with me and everyone was fine with that. Thank you very much Jasmine for taking extra time and for wonderful job!

This is by far one of the worst Banks I have ever been to. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend banking here. Take your money elsewhere!

Eight people in line, one teller, but two managers walking around staring at everyone. Okay sounds reasonable.

This is a great store great service. I dont care what anyone says there may only be a few tellers but they take care of there customers very good. Great managers as well. Paul and Derik are awesome. Gina is always rocking as the teller.
