Wells Fargo Bank in Inverness, FL

Wells Fargo has satisfied my needs so far. I have nothing bad to say.

My wife had them with her sons ssi,I had region's and they were not as good.So I transfered to wells Fargo in 2014 and have not had any problems at all from them or from my social security checks.very happy

It's my go-to bank for anything. Sometimes it gets too busy, but the customer service makes up for it!

I do not like Wells Fargo at all. I disagree with a lot of their policies and how they handle business in general. I only bank here because I have a joint account with someone else. This location is always busy. It's located extremely close to Walmart and there is heavy traffic. Not a bank you run inside for a quick errand. There is usually people sitting down talking to bankers, and other waiting to do the same. There is also usually a line for the tellers. The tellers are all very friendly at this location. They do not have a coin counter and suggest you use coinstar, a machine that charges you a fee to count your change. Banks don't charge you to count change if you're a member, but this location won't assist in that. What kind of a bank doesn't have a coin counter? Very small location. Don't expect above and beyond service here.

Tellers are really nice. Sometimes you have to wait for a bit to talk to a banker. Atm malfunctions quite a bit.
