Even after i canceled a bill pay payment(one month in advance) they sent the payment because "cancelling a payment is not a warranty that the payment wont be sent) as a result they overdraft my account and i had to put a claim for them to investigate their own estupidity....im so done with this bank its been the worst bank of my life.

Awful, poor service. Lost my $2500 deposit. Lines always long even on weekends. The bank is understaffed. I hate visiting this place but it's the only one in homestead

I got perfect service there the staff were very helpful and amiable. Recommend it. I am not a spambot or just hyping them up the atm and parking are fine plenty of people go there. I get bad service in alot of places but this place is great. -

The wait is always long. Also they don't have enough tellers and parking spots. Always busy.
