I reached out to him several times and he was always helpful and answered my questions fully and completely. He was always patient and provided excellence service. The customer support is also always extremely responsive and caring.

Rochelle was such a pleasure to work with! She was very helpful explaining the process to me, without her I'm not sure if I would of been able to get though this process. You can really tell that she wants to help you to get your credit back in line. She is wonderful!!

After researching a few Debt Consolidation companies I decided Curadebt was my best option after speaking with James Freeman. He was informative, patient and wasn't pushy. So I started working with them in August with 4 credit card accts totaling over $10,000. Up to today 3 accts with high balances were dismissed by the creditors and the 4th acct was settled with me paying 40% of the original amount owed. Curadebt works with Lawyers who are there to identify any laws Collectors break and they can be fined which works in our favor when it comes to settling. The staff and customer service at Curadebt has been anazing! Everyone from the Counselor to my Arbitrator has worked so hard and kept me informed. They are so professional and you can expect prompt responses to emails etc. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this company. They are the BEST out there and I highly recommend them to anyone who has fallen upon hard times and looking for a resolution and needing the harassing calls to stop! I have had a very positive experience with Curadebt. Mr. James Freeman has been my debt counselor and is very knowledgeable and honest regarding the help Curadebt can provide. He has really gone above and beyond to help me, staying in touch throughout the process but not being pushy and overwhelming. I've also appreciated the legal help provided with this company. Again, they stay in contact and make sure I'm not being hassled by the debtors. If you are able to request a specific counselor, I highly recommend Mr Freeman.
