Embassy Loans Auto Title Loans Holly Hill in Holly Hill, FL

I got a title loan from Embassy loans for 500 in April of this year. I paid 100, 4 times, three more payment of 80. I paid already 640. It will be next year, this loan is pay off. Embassy has very high interest rates.

They aren't quite smooth and clear in their instructions. They asked me stupid useless information, and “forgot” to mention what I really needed to know - and that is, that if you make the minimum payments, your debt never goes down and it can go on indefinitely.

I've waited a few months to post a review, I wanted to make sure I got my pink slip and there was nothing further they could do to me. These people are just HORRIBLE!

They were nice however when we went in we did not get to speak with the same person we were speaking with who told us they could lend us money on our car after I gave him the car info. The person we spoke with while there said the car was not worth enough so we drove 45 minutes for nothing and ended up going elsewhere. 2 stars because if they would have just said no it would have saved us the drive.

We were 6 days late with our payment. We kept in touch with Embassy loans and let them know we would make our payment on a Saturday. We made the payment and again called them. 3 days later, after they received the payment, our truck was repossessed! I just don't understand why they keep repossessing the truck AFTER they receive the payment. So, I end up having to not only pay the crazy high interest payments, but also the towing and storage fees, as well as time lost at work! How is this legal?
