Peoples Credit Union's online website is ancient...could not believe such an old, unfriendly online banking system still exists in 2015!! It seems like one or two persons work at their call center, so of course, customers will have to wait a long time or leave a message...really horrible service! The North Miami Office at 124th Street is a joke...needs to close immediately! Customer service there is the worst!! Made a mistake opening an account at that branch. As soon as the grace period ended, I closed account, took my money, and ran as fast as I could to open an account at a bank with modern offerings and friendly customer service.
