Greetings, The worst experience ever with a Financial Institution. The Customer Satisfaction Standards just don't exist specially for the Branch Manager. It is very disappointing to deal with "professionals" that have NO IDEA what they are doing! Simply the WORST in CAPITAL LETTERS!

My fiance and I have 3 accounts with them, and a TD Ameritrade account. We went in to have 2 small pieces of paper notorized. We walked in and waited OVER an hour! The entire team had been licensed to be notorized but on the GM (Rachel) had her stamp. Ok fine, well Rachel was with a customer opening an account and trouble shooting a simple issue any other associate could've taken care of. We left- she never even acknowledged us, she was too worried about losing her sale to bother.

The worst experience ever. Went in to open an account and everyone has a bad attitude. They act as though they don't need my business so I will take it elsewhere.
