Bank of America Financial Center in Haines City, FL

The employees are so unprofessional. They literally stand around cussing super loud while there is a long line of customers. 7 people standing around talking while ONE person works. I hate this location so much.

Always a long line. They don't even care that you have to wait.

Customer service to slow and there is only one person to give the service

Terrible no one at counter for customer service. Very rude women who came to ask what i wanted. Receptionist who finally came less then friendly. Many customers waiting with negative comments about service. Still waiting over an hour. Not a nice facility

I went in to Bank of America, Haines City, FL to cash a check issued from a Bank of America account holder. I started in the drive-thru but was told I had to go inside the lobby to provide a fingerprint! (I have never had to provide a fingerprint to cash a check! I had already provided a valid drivers license.) Then I was told since I was not a Bank of America account holder I would be charged $8.00 to cash the check! They charge a fee for cashing their own checks! Unbelievable! The whole point of going to the bank the check was drawn on was to avoid a hassle! BoA - Potential account holder lost!
