Wells Fargo Bank in Gainesville, FL

I was more than BEYOND upset and passed off at the fact that no one over the phone in the customer service department could answer ANY of my questions as to why a certain deposit of money was not in my account in the time it was supposed to be there. A young gentleman by the name of James Langham not only made sure that my issue and problems were rectified but, he also gave me the proper numbers and channels to go through to get all of my other issues and problems handled correctly. I am NOT happy with Wells Fargo in the least bit but, I was very happy with the way that James handled my situation. He was more than helpful and amazingly professional. I truly hope he finds himself to be employed with a different banking establishment because he would be an amazing asset to their company. Hopefully W.F. will do something about the unprofessional way their employees are on the phone end of things.

I was at my wits end with Wells Fargo UNTIL Kandace Thomas, the branch manager helped me. I was ready to close my account. Things were bad. My husband had his account get closed right before his paycheck was direct deposited. When he finally got another check they bounced it from my account and were sending it back to me in the mail! So a whole month already with no $. I talked to some jerk who laughed while I cried. He was the service manager at the 39th & 43rd st location. Then I came to see Kandace. She is AMAZING and will work miracles. She will do everything she can to help and is so sincerely sweet and caring. There should be more people like her. I hope her boss sees this and recognizes what an amazing employee he has. I might even keep my account with Wells Fargo but if I do. I will only be dealing with Kandace in the future.
