I absolutely love Alligator Mortgage, specifically Lisa Hyden. She knows her stuff. She may be blunt, but when you are trying to get a home mortgage, bluntness is what you need. We started this whole house hunting business in December of 2014, we were introduced to Lisa around February 2015. After two failed contracts due to title issues, we finally found our home. We closed March 31, 2016. Through it all, Lisa stayed by our side, got an excellent interest rate and without her and our Realtor we would not have been able to be first time home buyers. I heartily recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.
