I cannot express how satisfied I am with the service I receive as a member of Vystar. Between the extremely competitive rates, convenience, and staff, I don't understand why anyone would choose a retail bank over Vystar.

I filed an online check card dispute with Vystar Credit Union on my bank card issued by them for charges of $46.98 on 1/30/16 and $4.74 on 2/10/16 by Enterprise Rent a Car on SR 13 near Racetrack Rd in Fruit Cove. When I returned the rental car on 1/28/16 with a full tank of gas and they inspected the car as fine and they gave me a receipt for $529.16 for use from 1/18/16. A charge of $46.98 was then posted on my bank card by Enterprise on 1/30/16 and another charge of $4.74 on 2/10/16. I called the same Enterprise on SR13 twice about the charges and both times after a very long hold "Javarek" told me he would call back and both times never did. I filed on online complaint with Vystar and then Vystar completely redesigned it's site and the complaint wasn't anywhere to be found and both online & phone support were useless - when I gave the Vystar phone rep the dispute number above the response was, "You filed an online complaint"? So on 2/26/16 I sat down personally at Vystar with a rep who personally entered all the complaint info and assigned the complaint a new reference # - a "Dispute ID #". Then I get an email from Vystar on 3/18/16 that my claim is denied for the reason: "Our investigation indicates that no error exists". What investigation? Enterprise never even responded! The email goes on to say that my provisional credit will be reversed on or after 3/28/16. I replied to the email exactly as I state above to no avail - my credit was reversed just now on 3/30/16 for $46.98.

I've been with VyStar for about 5 years. I like banking with VyStar however since I've moved to Jacksonville I've had to deal with this bank. I have had the worst service here at this location. Today I waited on a bank teller named Claire. Claire was just awful. No apologies for the weight . I watched as cars came and went while I was stuck. I will never go through the drive through again . Do yourself a favor get a new bank or walk inside.
