I can't say enough great things about this place. So I recently got my concealed carry permit and decided I wanted to buy a firearm. I shopped everywhere. I went to literally every store in town looking for a good prices gun that fit me. I probably went here 10 times looking at different hand guns. I finally found a .38 Smith and Wesson and couldn't pass on the price. At the same time I seen this ring out of the corner of my eye. It was a 16 KT gold nugget ring with 5 diamonds. I asked them to hold it and they did. Weeks later I came back and purchased the ring. I took the ring to another jewelry store for an appraisal and they asked where I bought it. I told them and they said the place has a great reputation. They went on to tell me if I bought gold from them not to worry because they don't sell crap or junk. The ring appraised for $1800 more than what they sold it for. That speaks a lot for this store and how the owners take care of their customers. Everyone from the owner to the sales team are amazing. From the looks of the store outside it looks like every other but it's not. A lot of what makes a place so great is not only the product they sell but how friendly the staff is. I'd gladly spend my money here again and I will in the future.

Bought a gun from here, not only did they match the best price I found in town, but they swapped my gun out with a new one when it broke(manufacturer defect). Great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful!

This business is completely sneaky and unprofessional. They charged my husband 60$ to ship his gun- told him that's how much it would cost no matter where he went- forgot to include the fact that it is actually how much THEIR shop charges, not every single establishment. On top of that, they packaged the gun poorly, risking damage to the weapon. Before shipping the gun and when paying the 60$, there was no mention of a pickup or transfer fee. He was led to believe that the 60$ would be all that he was paying, however upon going to pick up the gun, we were told there would be a 50$ transfer fee but that they would only charge us 35$. So after lying about the cost to ship a weapon, poorly handling the weapon and omitting the fact that there would be an additional charge upon pickup, they still wanted us to pay them. I understand it being a place of business but their customer service and professionalism is terrible. The manager had a poor and careless attitude about the situation and was completely unapologetic. She proceeded to tell my husband that she didn't think she needed to explain to him the process because she thought he was educated. She was condescending and rude. Not sure where this women got her degree from but obviously she needs a refresher in business leadership. Never doing business with this shop again and I recommend that you individuals reading this, don't either.
