Bank of America Financial Center in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Being a BoA customer, went to this (and Shalimar) branch to get a couple of documents notarized. The Shalimar branch threw an excuse that they locked out the notarizing stamps in a drawer and don't have keys to it. Sounds really an immature excuse, at least they should make an effort to make more genuine sounding excuses. The FWB branch made me sit for over 5 minutes (when clearly there was staff available), and gave an equally ridiculous excuse that they can not notary copies. Even when I had one document that was not a copy. Finally, went to a UPS store (on Mary Esther) and the nice lady there notarized the documents (obviously that was not free). But, this is the service you get from being a loyal customer of BoA.

Not very helpful even as a long time account holder. Saddened by the mentality of the staff.
