I recently sold my house near Lake Kerr through Roundtree Realty. Duke was very helpful through the entire process. Since the house was old it required some work following inspection. I live up in Tallahassee, and finding contractors to do the work in central Florida would have been a hassle. Duke did all this for me, sending periodic updates. The process was much simpler (for me) than it would have been without someone like Duke Roundtree orchestrating it. I recommend him without hesitation.
