I contacted Brad because I was looking into refinancing my current mortgage. When we discussed the possibilities for refinancing, Brad pointed out that not refinancing was the was in my best interest. I appreciate the time he took to speak to me and explain the various options available. Even though I won't be refinancing right now, I certainly plan on using Brad in the future for my next mortgage.

We had experienced many difficulties for which I was not prepared.. Brad, Michael and his team were amazing. They were easily accessible and replied promptly to all of our concerns and problems with immediate information and or solutions. They were right there with us throughout and now we are in the condo we love! We also received a great interest rate. Brad and his staff were wonderful to work with. Purchased a condo in Deerfield beach and Brad helped us through the entire process.
