they are the worse lender they charge extreme fees and have horrible customer service, stay away and don't use them as a lender EVER!!!!

Been with them since August 2015. Really can't complain about them, they have always work with my husband when he was late making a payment, even tho they called all day and night but that's understandable. The only thing I don't like about this company you can not keep up with your balance owe, even tho we have our western Union records that still don't break it down to what's really owed. Would love if we were able to access our account. But any who they alright in my book, its pretty much what expected for a 2nd chance loan company.

My experience. With this company has been the absolute worse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid my bill early and after talking with them letting them k law why. They still charged my account a second time. Making my account overdrawn 294.87 in checking and 284.00 in savings. I had to nearly fight with Marcia to get her to return my money and the overdraft fee. They want your payment on time. Then when something goes wrong on their end. They never ever want to take the blame. In going to sue the company. Because I still had to pay out 284 for my savings account. They claim they never found those supposedly recorded quality insurance and training purposes phone call I had with the young lady. Myself and the bank also requested Marcia call to confirm that the payment was clear and that they owed me the money back. She clearly thought I was lying. The ratings for this company has to be the employees rating the company because no one that has them likes the company. In going to buy a new car and get rid of this god forsaken company!!!!!!!
