They steal money and give incorrect change, also what kind of business closes at 2pm on a Saturday? Caution: do not use the ATM, it has taken almost a grand from me! (the ATM always seems to balance though the thiefs)

Terrible experience with very grumpy teller, and she has the label "Lead Teller". She displayed some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I will NOT be returning to this branch and the bank needs to do a better job finding employees who are right for their position.

Everyone at the bank is very nice with ONLY one exception!!! The manager Laurie Plassman is a nasty woman. If that caliber of person is management material I now understand why Wells Fargo has such low ratings for customer service.
