No problem. Website improved. They even called me because I was short on my car loan payment and it was only .69 cents that would make my account past due. They took personal care to let me know. I just transferred the .69 cents.

Went in (impossible to find a parking spot) to re-establish my grandson's account as he was moving north. I needed access to send him money. The clerk was evidently new and it took 40 minutes to do a simple task. Then she assigned us new numbers, gave us a card for on-line banking - obviously what I needed! After multiple attempts to use the site my grandson revisited the place to make sure the accounts were correct. They were! Then off he went to South Dakota. I tried to - again - with the instructions from what he'd been given. No luck. I called headquarters and they told me the employees NEVER SET US UP WITH ON LINE BANKING - the WHOLE REASON WE WENT THERE! Very disappointed. Need to move his account.
