They are very quick to put you into collections. Almost as soon as you are delayed. Not even a death in the family seems to be an excuse. I don't think I will be buying another car through this company.

Never, never ever again will I deal with Southeast Toyota Finance which is part of World Omni Financial. I gave one star because I was not allowed to give LESS. They are super quick to put you into collection, and I only co-signed. They claimed, in a letter that they tried to contact me. But I couldn't very that, and I checked my email and both phone numbers I own. I called them after I received the letter and made the payment. Of course it was late.

I haven't had any problem with them at all so far...i mean im always on point with my payments. Im almost done paying off my car....i always call to make a car payment
