Nice people just don't depend on fast phone service. On hold long times, always.

I like having a credit union but the service is ridiculous. Numbers are wrong in their system, it's almost impossible to reach a live, competent person. It's very frustrating. I had a back card compromised and the fraud department couldn't issue a new one. Reaching someone at the main number took 6 different attempts. If you can't service people properly I shouldn't bank with you.

In February I purchased and financed my new vehicle using the auto advisors program ... they were a great help! I also just closed on a mortgage refinance this week and received and excellent rate!!! Thank You!!!

The nicest tellers by far! The make you want to take a trip to the bank rather than going to the ATM.

The hours are not great. They should consider staying open until 6pm or so on weekdays, like some of their other locations do.
