Normally I have great service here but I went to get a new card today because I lost my wallet and the tone in the voice of Ercilia came off very rude.

Fantastic branch, staff are great . Kaisha is extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Can't believe the difference between here and past banks

Waited an hour with our sons to open him an account. He is 17 so we needed to be with him and we have an account at the bank. After waiting an hour for the bank personnel and the customer to pass the computer screen back and forth. A girl comes out and says we had a power glitch it's going to be a wait as her computer has to restart. As I look in the office and they are still actively using computer. We finally get in there and they say they can't help us as his address isn't current on his drivers license...we are his parents and why does his address matter. So that was more than an hour of our time wasted for rude inconsiderate service.
