If it weren't for the tellers and those who work the floor in this branch I would not be a customer. I miss the old manager, she held the two crestview branches together. The new manager acts as though she is a child learning to ride a bike. She is oblivious to her employes wants, needs and personalities. Not a good team leader. You guys shouldn't have fired the old manager.

Went on vacation over holidays with my two young children. Made some purchases tried to call to transfer money from savings to checking, I could not talk to a PERSON. ... Didn't use card rest of vacation until filling up half way across the country in middle of the night and it was declined. Turns out they charged me $480.00 in overdrafts in one week which put my account $370.00 negative. When I got back in town they told me they don't publish their local number. I said I have $3, 200.00 in my savings that I couldn't reach a person to transfer while I was gone. You felt it was alright to charge me almost $500 and cut my card off when I was half way across the country. They said I should of linked my accounts, I said for what so someone could drain both my accounts if me card got stollen... apparently I chose the wrong bank WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT EVER....... I would never recommended Regions to anybody
