This is the absolutely the worst banking group in the history of the world. They bought my loan, opened savings accounts in my name without permission, would not take payment until I put money in that savings account (in person). I had to go to the branch to update personal information and they charged me a late fee because they wouldn't take my payment. No online payment option?!?!? You can't pay online, I didn't even know that was possible in 2017. Staff tries their best, but are very defensive as they must get same complaints over and over. Looks like I'll be mailing in a payment from my bank who will do it automatically free of charge.
