Can't transfer money online. Can't withdraw it from ATM. I don't have control or complete access to MY money...and nobody EVER answers the phone.

Carol the teller normally on the drive through is simply amazing. She calls me by name and remembers me everytime,it really makes me feel like my business here is appreciated. Carol helped me to start up my first secured credit card when I became pregnant and she was there to accept my payments (for the crib,stroller and other newborn necessities ) i woild always mention what was bought that time and we would discuss the baby's status through-out my pregnancy.She really made me feel like she cares for her customers,just for taking that extra minute to ask me about my day or my tiny baby. She is always so happy and helpful. She really goes a step above to make people feel welcome. Anytime I have a question she is proficient and professional in her answers. Carol is the reason I keep my banking at Insight. Thank you Carol for all that you do. :)

I would give this place zero stars if I could. You can't make a car loan payment online, you can't transfer money online, you can't send an electronic payment from another bank, you can't get any service over the phone because no one answers, you don't get a loan bill at all. All around terrible and INCONVENIENT!

I'm with the others that have expressed their utter disappointment with this credit union specifically the Clermont location,, they treat their customers with DMV government worker attitudes it's just really bad customer service, and they constantly talk about "our policy is" instead of looking for ways to make a banking relationship work, they smugly act condescendingly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone as there are far better places to put your money.

Almost everyone is always pleasant. They accomodate yiyr physical needs as well as your banking needs. The guy that says you can't transfer monies on line just doesn't know how. Yes, you have to jump through the phone prompts to get who you want, but it is possible. I love this credit union.
